Position : Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Duration : 12-month contract

Days of Operation : Monday to Friday

Hours of Operation : Flexible availability between 7 : 30am - 5 : 30pm

Salary : $25 / hour

Location : Fully Remote

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for valued customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your key responsibilities will encompass :

  • Delivering top-tier customer service via phone
  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries
  • Conducting outbound calls for follow-up purposes
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting, promotions, and complaints
  • Guiding customers through the application process
  • Upholding company policies and standards
  • Qualifications

    To excel in this Bilingual Customer Service Representative role, you possess the following qualifications :

  • Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a call center environment OR a financial services company
  • Prior experience in financial customer service (preferred)
  • Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with IVR systems an asset
  • Ability to work on multiple systems at one time
  • High attention to detail
  • Quiet office space free from distractions
