Corporate Recruiter - delta

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Corporate Recruiter for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work 4x / week on-site at the customer headquarters in Gatineau, QC

Key Tasks

• Independently manage 15–20 concurrent full-cycle requisitions across Finance & Accounting, IT, and Operations.
• Support student / co-op recruitment programs across three annual cycles, managing 6–10 additional roles per intake.
• Source, screen, and qualify candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews, manage scheduling, and ensure timely feedback from hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Own offer processes and maintain consistent, high-quality candidate communication throughout the lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align on hiring needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and workflows within HRIS (UKG), adapting to manual processes during system transitions.
