Senior Systems Analyst

Job Description

A major healthcare client is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to support and enhance their Human Capital Management (HCM) systems—Oracle PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions (formerly UKG Workforce Pro). This is a critical role that ensures these platforms evolve with the organization’s needs through effective configuration, integration, and support. Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical leadership in maintaining and enhancing PeopleSoft HCM and UKG Dimensions systems.

Configure and optimize UKG Dimensions modules (Time Tracking & Scheduling).

Manage CRT (Cross Reference Tables) and support system integrations.

Design and develop solutions using PeopleTools 8.58+ and PeopleSoft HCM 9.2.

Support functional teams with system troubleshooting, user issue resolution, and performance tuning.

Lead or contribute to HCM system upgrades and enhancement projects.

Engage with internal business units to gather requirements and deliver scalable technical solutions.

Must Haves

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in a PeopleSoft / UKG development environment.

Hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions (UKG Pro Workforce Management)—especially with system configuration, Time Tracking, and Scheduling.

Experience configuring and managing CRT (Cross Reference Tables) within UKG Dimensions.

Strong proficiency with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 and PeopleTools 8.58+ including Fluid Development Tools.

Proven ability to support functional and technical issues in enterprise HCM environments.
