The Role

This position offers a broad scope, including :

• Month-end close, quarter-end, and annual reporting responsibilities
• Preparation of financial statements and performance reporting packages
• FP& A support including KPIs, variance analysis, budgets, and forecasts
• Oversight of accounts payable, receivable, and cash flow management
• Leadership of a small accounting team, with involvement in staff development and performance oversight
• Participation in process improvement initiatives, systems transitions, and compliance-related projects
• Support for annual audits, tax filings, and external accounting relationships
• Multi-entity and group-level financial management
