Job descriptionCurrently enrolled in an Accounting diploma / degree program. Application of various computer software programs will be required, including word processing, and spreadsheet applications. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to perform multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Successful applicants must be able to provide their own CSA approved steel toed boots and be willing to take and pass a Pre-Access Alcohol & Drug Test. Public transportation is not available for this position so successful applicant must have their own vehicle. Please note that candidates who have been selected to move forward to the next stage of the recruitment process will receive an email to complete a short online video interview.

- Full Cycle Accounts Payable
- Entering invoices into the PCL accounting system
- Bank reconciliations
- Inter-company invoicing
- Courier and phone costing
- Running and updating various reports
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Visa card reconciliations
- Preparing accounts receivable report
- Weekly cheque printing
- Client progress billings
- Subcontract administration
- Creation and management of Ad Hoc Reports
- Miscellaneous support to Accounting team
