Position Summary :

The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing daily plant operations ensuring efficient production processes maintaining the highest quality standards managing costs and leading personnel. Generally directs the plant through supervision sharing information and taking or directing corrective action as required. This position reports to the Senior Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Champion Safety and Wellness

• Build a safety culture and manage a safe work environment for all associates; Return to Work Risk Assessment and Accident Investigations.
• Participation in ongoing Safety and Wellness training and audits.

Manage the Business

Develop our People

Ensure Quality & Food Safety standards are met and exceeded

Manage Direct Costs and Overhead Expenses

Implement Lean Manufacturing Best Practices

The annual salary range for applicants is $120000.00 - $150000.00 which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location work experience education and / or skill level among other factors.
