We are seeking a calm, compassionate, and energetic childcare support worker to care for our 22-month-old daughter in our New Westminster home. She is a happy, curious little girl who loves books, toys, and playful interaction. Due to complex medical needs and delayed gross-motor development, her mobility is closer to that of a 9-month-old, and her care includes gentle, play-based therapies.

Mom works from home, so you will not be alone in the house, but you will be the primary caregiver during your shift.

What a Typical Day Looks Like

• Morning playtime and a stroller walk outdoors
• Noon nap
• Afternoon play incorporating physiotherapy exercises
• Screen-free, enrichment-focused activities throughout the day
