Responsibilities :
- Tackle complex problems to gain insights into customer behavior and promote product adoption.
- Use your skills in quantitative analysis, data mining, and machine learning to create models that influence product strategy and priorities.
- Build machine learning pipelines that enhance data-based decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Design teams to ensure impactful, data-informed decisions.
- Lead and mentor team members, driving ML-powered features on our Digital Customer Platform.
Minimum Qualifications :
- MS / PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science).
- 5+ years of experience designing and deploying ML solutions.
- Proficiency in Large Language Models (e.g., RAG , Generative AI ) and NLP .
- Strong skills in SQL / NoSQL , big data platforms (e.g., Hadoop , Spark ), and programming ( Python preferred).
- Experience with data science tools ( Pandas , Jupyter , TensorFlow ) and machine learning techniques.
- Cloud computing experience ( AWS ) and familiarity with MLOps .
