What you will do : Cast Leader

Cineplexs Cast Leaders are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional experience to each and every guest. The Cast Leaders primary responsibilities are to maintain a motivational and positive work environment while working alongside their peers to ensure all standards policies and procedures are followed. In this role your responsibilities include (but are not limited to) :

• Assist the management team in directing and coordinating Cast activities to consistently exceed Guest expectations
• Facilitate all in-house training be dedicated to consistent training efforts and provide feedback to management about Cast performance
