Accounting Clerk (Hybrid Remote)
Salary : Based on Experience
Key Responsibilities
- AP & AR
- Posting of cheque requisitions, cash receipts, client bills, write-offs and e-billings
- Monthly bank reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- Bank runs as required
- Reception relief
- Other accounting / administrative duties as required
Qualifications
Diploma / certificate in accounting3+ years’ of experience in a similar role in a law firm is requiredE-Billing experience (Tymetrix and Bottomline)Strong knowledge of PC Law is a mustKnowledge of Accounting Procedures and PrinciplesWell-developed organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks appropriatelyHigh level of accuracy and efficiencyExcellent technical skills MS Word, Excel and Outlook)Tagged as : Accounting Clerk
