This is a full-time, permanent opportunity located fully on-site in Markham, ON, operating Monday through Friday from 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM. As a specialist in customer care, you will manage order entries, resolve complex inquiries, and maintain precise records to support the supply chain process.

The ideal Customer Service Representative will possess strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering excellence in customer care. In the fast-paced manufacturing industry, accuracy and efficiency are paramount. You will work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction. Within the customer care department, you will utilize your post-secondary education and professional background to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
