Our  FYidoctors -Queens Campus clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience and join us as an Optician  to fill an existing vacancy!

In this role, you’ll enhance the lives of our patients every single day, delivering exceptional vision and eyewear experiences in a dynamic, rewarding, and collaborative environment. Bring your skills, enthusiasm, and passion for eye care to a team that’s dedicated to advancing eye health and making a meaningful difference.

This position is a full-time role working 30-40 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday. Summer hours will vary : May-Sept 9 : 00am-4 : 00pm.

What You’ll Do

• Educate patients on eyewear options tailored to their lifestyle, ensuring optimal value and quality
• Guide patients in selecting eyewear that combines style with optimal vision
• Perform eyewear repairs and adjustments to ensure proper fit and comfort
• Coach and train team members to enhance their skills, performance, and knowledge to ensure consistent execution of optical standards and processes
• Support retail operations and contribute to overall clinic success
• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience
• Support clinic operations by performing additional duties as required
