Merchandiser

DESCRIPTION

We are currently looking for a merchandiser to represent the main brands in the food, cosmetics and electronics industry. This role will allow you to work particularly with our client Danone.

Part-time and permanent position of approximately 2 days per week

This position is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work during the day with a semi-flexible schedule and whoenjoys working independently, while also having a great support team to call on as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In your role, you will have the opportunity to support our clients' merchandising initiatives and enhance relationships with store and service managers. Specifically :

Install and update shelves, screens, and walls according to the planogram and instructions provided. Predict and schedule store visits in assigned territory.

Communicate work schedules to support team members as required.

Participate in training conference calls, online training, and on-the-job training as required.

Establish and foster strong working relationships with key in-store contacts.

Complete all shift reports, including daily reports with photographs of completed applications (online).

QUALIFICATIONS

Profile sought :

Experience in grocery merchandising (desirable)

Great attention to detail.

Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task andmeet deadlines.

Energy, independence and enthusiasm.

Flexibility and adaptability, with strong problem-solving capabilities

Requirements :

Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 (depending on client needs)

Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs, the position can sometimes be physically demanding.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for travel

Strong communication skills (written and oral)
