Concrete Mixer : Monday-Thursday

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mixer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing concrete and mortar blends using a variety of raw materials. This is a highly precise and repetitive position that requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities :

– Accurately mix concrete / mortar formulations according to established procedures

– Measure and weigh materials using scales and measuring tools

– Produce approximately 10-12 batches per hour, with batch weights ranging from 2,500 to 4,000 pounds

– Interpret and respond to HMI error codes and process alerts

– Operate a counterbalance forklift to position bulk bags under spouts for filling

– Use hand and power tools including : brooms, shovels, manual painting equipment, power washers, air tools, drills, grinders, and shop vacuums

– Perform minor preventative maintenance on equipment

Qualifications & Skills :

– Fully certified counterbalance forklift operator (required)

– Ability to read and interpret scales, measurements, and operating data

– Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced production environment

– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions

– Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

– Ability to understand and respond to HMI system messages and error codes

– Physically able to work in an industrial environment

Shift Schedule :

– Training Period – Approximately 1 month : Day shift : 4 : 00 AM – 2 : 30 PM (10-hour shifts)

– Post-Training Schedule : Afternoon shift : 2 : 00 PM – 12 : 00 AM
