Position Overview
As an experienced Guest Service Agent, you understand the importance of an efficient and welcoming check-in experience for our guests. You are committed to going above and beyond to make their stay memorable. With your engaging smile, warm personality and customer service focus, you will be empowered to curate incredible experiences.
Our Guest Service Agents have significant exposure to Evergreen’s regional management, with the opportunity to take on as much responsibility as they can demonstrate the capability for. Over time, there may be opportunities to transfer to other Evergreen properties, depending on aptitude / interest.

Skills and qualifications
Note : The position of Guest Service Agent is physically demanding. The successful applicant must be physically capable of performing repetitive work, as well as lifting and carrying heavy loads. Must be able to stand for long periods of time (for up to 8 hours).
