About the role
We are looking for an ambitious individual to join our growing team to assist with various customer projects. This individual will be tasked with multi-faceted requests to support primarily Network Deployments.
As such, a person with knowledge of Networking and IoT would be ideal however any technical skills will be considered.
You must be highly organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Sharing relevant documentation and reports with project teams
- Providing information and regular support to stakeholders
- Being point of contact for various working groups
- Developing in-depth understanding of project scope and particulars i.e. timeframes, financials, outcomes
- Responding to customer requests in a timely manner
- Maintaining / updating Professional Services Management Tool
- Providing support to project managers and business leaders when requested
- Thorough project documentation
- Creating and reviewing reports
- Knowledge of industry best practice
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Project Management Certificating preferred
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Familiar with Project Management tools
