What We’re Looking For

We hire  career-minded professionals  who want to grow.

You should :

• Have experience working with a wide range of clients and goals.
• Be organized, motivated, and reliable with strong communication skills.
• Understand the  Functional Movement Screen (FMS)  and how to use it to build rapport and programs.
• Be coach-able and eager to learn our proven training and sales systems.

We’ll train you to maintain a  15–20% Fitness Consultation closing rate — the top standard in the industry .

Your Key Responsibilities

Support members on the floor, maintain a clean, professional environment, and assist with new member onboarding.
