Given its growth in recent years, this firm is looking to hire a lawyer or notary with a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial real estate law to independently carry out mandates for the acquisition, sale or financing of real estate.

On a day-to-day basis, this person will be involved in sophisticated transactions and large-scale projects. This firm serves a business clientele at the forefront of the real estate industry, hence the need for solid experience in the field, exemplary professionalism and a keen sense of customer service.

In the course of his/her work, the hired professional will benefit from administrative support, will be assisted by a more junior lawyer/notary and will also be able to count on the help of other team members for transactional aspects that fall within their expertise (notably in leasing, corporate law and traditional notarial practice).

This employer offers a very competitive salary and a high degree of flexibility in terms of hiring conditions, with several terms and conditions adaptable to the candidate's specific requirements.

What's more, the annual performance bonus does not depend on a billable hours’ target but is awarded on a profit-sharing basis.
