Job description

Overview

We are seeking an Infra, DBA and interface expert to join our team of consultants in our Montreal office. This is a hybrid role.

Responsibilities

Integrate into both teams to address capacity gaps based on operational needs.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot application servers and databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
Work with virtualization technologies (VMWare) and cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).
Work with Citrix environments and scripting (PowerShell).
Contribute to incident, problem, and change management following ITIL practices.
Document, standardize, and improve processes related to system operations and support.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in computer science or equivalent combination of years of relevant experience and industry certifications (e.g., MSCE).

Minimum eight (8) years of relevant professional experience (healthcare network experience is an asset).

Solid experience with hardware environments and operating systems (Windows Server, Unix / Linux).

Proven experience with databases (SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).

Hands-on experience with virtualization technologies (VMWare).

Experience with cloud environments (Azure AD, Office 365).

Knowledge and experience with Citrix environments.

Proficient in scripting (PowerShell).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mindset.

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) adapted to various stakeholders.

Teamwork, collaboration, effective time and priority management, self-control, and good judgment under stress.

Bilingualism in French and English.
