The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Logistics Manager, as a Logistics Clerk Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting and optimizing the movement of goods across the supply chain. You will gain hands-on experience in transportation, warehousing, and supply chain operations while contributing to efficient shipment scheduling, accurate documentation, and seamless coordination with suppliers, carriers, and third-party warehouses. This role offers the chance to develop practical logistics skills, improve operational performance, and support the timely and reliable delivery of products.

What You'll Do
- Enter data accurately in JF LLC and NTE systems.
- Prepare and manage tender documents for transport and warehouse services.
- Engage with and maintain communication with key suppliers, carriers, and third-party warehouses.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates are communicated to stakeholders to prevent supply chain delays.
- Request and track customs processes for import / export.
- Coordinate cross-docking operations to facilitate smooth transfer and redistribution of goods.
- Schedule shipments and optimize transportation routes for maximum efficiency.
- Monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and collaborate with carriers to resolve delays.
- Maintain accurate logistics data and update systems accordingly.
- Provide management with reports on key metrics such as on-time performance, cost efficiency, and inventory management.
What You Bring
Currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.Experience in logistics, transportation, or warehouse operations is an asset.Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, and AI toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (French and Spanish, nice to have)Highly organized, meticulous, and detail-oriented in record-keeping and data management.Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.Flexibility to work weekends and after-hours, especially during peak season, to ensure smooth logistics operations.Available to start in April 2026 with an estimated end date around June 2026Why Join Us
