Job descriptionFinancial reporting, audits, cost reports, and compliance with GAAP and grant requirements Internal controls and continuous process improvement Revenue integrity in partnership with Revenue Cycle Strategic financial guidance for leadership Bachelors in Accounting, Finance, or related field - required 10+ years in finance / accounting with 5+ years in leadership - required Experience in behavioral health and Medicare / Medicaid reimbursement - preferred Public accounting and / or Sage experience - encouraged CPA / CMA / CHFP / CSAF encouraged

A mission-driven behavioral health organization is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations and ensure accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and responsible stewardship of resources. This role partners closely with senior leadership on budgeting, reimbursement, audits, and performance improvement.
Position Highlights
- ️ $135K$160K DOE with higher range for credentialed leaders (CPA / CMA / CHFP / CSAF)
- ️ Reports to senior finance leadership
- ️ Lead accounting operations and team development
