Job Title : Recruiter - Bilingual
Location : Montreal, QC (Onsite)
Duration : 12 + Months
Daily Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for experienced hires across Client Insurance
- Lead proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage top Insurance talent
- Build and maintain high-potential pipelines through regular coffee chats, networking meetings, and attending industry events
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs as a strategic talent advisor, providing market insights and consultative guidance on talent acquisition strategies
- Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving recruitment efficiency, process design, and best hiring practices
- Champion exceptional candidate experience and uphold Client's brand in every interaction
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including employer brand, onboarding, operations etc. to ensure seamless delivery of recruitment services.
Must Have Skills
5-7 years of progressive recruitment experience up to Executive / Managing Director level, ideally within Insurance, Wealth Management, Banking & Financial ServicesProven ability to build strategic, proactive pipelines through consistent outreach and networkingStrong business acumen with deep understanding of Insurance roles and competitive talent dynamicsWell-networked in the financial services space, with the ability to tap into both active and passive talent poolsExperience with recruitment tools such as Phenom, LinkedIn, WorkdayKnowledge of best hiring practicesBilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with Client partners and / or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.Mindlance Consulting Inc.
