We are looking for an Account Administrator to join BrokerLink and work out of our Saint John, NB office on a Permanent FT Basis.

Review new business and renewals, endorsements, cancellations, payment noticesEnsure new business applications are filed on timeEnsure proper coverage and accurate billingOrder reports (Hits, Auto+ / Mvr)Prepare Insurance to value and confirmation of insurance (Finance companies, leasing companies, Mortgagees)Contact companies for minor changes to documents as neededCoordinate incoming and outgoing courier and Canada Post itemsBanking transactions – process incoming payments for deposit and transit to bankMay include back-up duties for other administrative dutiesThe Successful candidate will have :
