Position : Pneumatic Bulk Dispatcher

Pay :

Commensurate with experience

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch of pneumatic bulk trucks, ensuring efficient routing and scheduling
• Communicate with drivers regarding load assignments, delivery instructions, and schedule updates
• Monitor ongoing hauls, track progress, and adjust plans as needed
• Liaise with customers to confirm load details, timing, and service requirements
• Maintain accurate records of loads, tickets, driver hours, and equipment availability
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Support fleet management by tracking maintenance needs and equipment readiness
• Assist with after‑hours or on‑call coverage as required
