What Youll Do :

• Lead agile software development projects from initiation through delivery aligning with both business objectives and technical specifications.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups sprint planning retrospectives and backlog refinement.
• Collaborate closely with product managers engineers and designers to set scope priorities and milestones.
• Manage project schedules risks and dependencies proactively addressing blockers and tradeoffs as they arise.
• Ensure clear communication and transparency across teams and stakeholders via regular status updates and reports.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts among engineering QA UX and DevOps teams.
• Champion agile best practices and foster continuous improvement in team delivery and processes.
• Track and report on key performance indicators such as velocity sprint burndown and delivery timelines.
• Support team morale and culture nurturing accountability learning and trust within the group.
• Utilize tools like Jira Confluence GitHub Projects or Asana for workflow management and visualization.
