Job description
Wiz Plus Properties is committed to serving the residents and communities of the Okanagan Valley. Our team is equipped to handle everything from large-scale custom home builds to detailed residential and commercial renovations. We are dedicated to excellence and always go the extra mile to ensure our clients are fully satisfied.

We are currently seeking Carpenter Apprentices (1–3 years experience) to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience while working on high-quality custom homes and renovation projects.

You will work alongside experienced carpenters and tradespeople, assisting with both rough and finishing carpentry tasks. You will be involved in a variety of projects and gain valuable, real-world experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with framing, finishing, and general carpentry tasks.
  • Support installation of trims, baseboards, doors, cabinets, and other millwork.
  • Measure, cut, and prepare materials under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
  • Follow instructions and safety procedures at all times.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other trades.

Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of construction or carpentry experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Must have a cell phone for communication.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Good problem-solving skills and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and take direction.
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
