You will be leading the Value Accretion team, responsible for driving Koodo and TELUS value accretion, ARPU and profitability, while maintaining strong customer loyalty, through special base treatments.

As Manager, you will play a key role in developing strategies and supporting a high-performing team that will drive profitable growth within the Koodo and TELUS bases. You and your team will be at the forefront of executive-focused strategic projects.

As Manager, Value Accretion, your responsibilities will include :

  • Define the TELUS and Koodo cross-sell and upsell value accretion strategy
  • Support, grow and innovate on our strategy to add customers to TELUS and Koodo customer accounts, to grow our customer bases
  • Develop, innovate and support the evolution of our TELUS and Koodo roaming product
  • Drive roaming revenue in our bases, through 4P execution and campaign innovation
  • Establish and execute on a newcomer retention and value accretion strategy
  • Grow revenue within our TELUS and Koodo bases through a thoughtful and optimal approach to rate plan and feature price increases
  • Build and maintain a team culture that encourages creativity and innovation, leverages data-driven insights for continuous improvement, celebrate wins together, and socialize learnings for future success
  • Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supporting your team
  • Serve as a key thought leader in the Koodo Base Management leadership team
  • Work closely with the rest of the Koodo base management team, TELUS base management and various pricing, strategy & planning, channel and CE stakeholders
