Job Description :

Robert Half is hiring for an Operations Specialist for our client in Mississauga. The Operations Specialist will have experience in the manufacturing industry, is customer service focused, as well as proactive and takes initiatives.

This is an onsite position with flexibility. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for the day-to-day order processing within the company including but not limited to :

International Shipping

Data entry

Daily customer account correspondence

Management of product inventory and general customer service support

Production coordination

Shipping / Customs paperwork

Co-ordination of logistics and freight for outgoing shipments

Visual manufacturing

3+ years of customer service experience preferably in a similar role

SAP is a must*

Previous experience with order processing

Strong interpersonal skills

Adaptable and flexible

Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment

Possess exceptional organizational and time management skills

Accountable and highly motivated

Detail oriented and a team player
