In collaboration with TELUS, TELUS Digital launched Fuel iX, an enterprise-grade AI engine designed to help companies upgrade their generative AI (GenAI) pilots to production scale, deploy customized solutions faster, and effectively manage the technology responsibly. Fuel iX’s enhanced management capabilities enable organizations to consolidate visibility across their GenAI applications which often run in multiple environments, applications and clouds.

Working collaboratively with the TELUS Business Solutions Account teams, and as part of the FUEL iX Sales Specialist team, you'll represent the FUEL iX product, values & promise.

This is a challenging, technical consultative sales role, with equal parts of autonomy and collaboration. Technical Sales Specialists work independently, and collaboratively with sales and customer account teams to use FUEL iX to drive customer relationships and account strategies as well as technical conversations with our customers. You will build trust with your customers and champion FUEL iX inside of customer organizations and advocate for the customer inside of FUEL iX product and solution teams. You will be the Subject Matter Expert for our AI and GenAI solutions portfolio (Fuel iX), working in collaboration with our technology partners and account teams while engaging executive leaders as required. We'll provide the coaches, strategy, training, resources, support and a fantastic culture where you will thrive and grow.

What you bring
You are likely in a similar role today, with 5 or so years of experience in a face-to-face sales environment, applying formal sales methodologies. You have experience helping customers solve complex challenges through innovative and emerging technology, particularly in AI and GenAI. You are an experienced forecaster, linking account plans to both customer and FUEL iX strategic drivers. You have knowledge of or experience with most of the items below :
