Overview

We are looking for an E- Commerce Manager to add value to our team at Publicis Media Zenith managing display campaigns on Amazon, Walmart and other retailers

Responsibilities

Campaign Activation & Ops

  • Activate and optimize performance-driven campaigns across Amazon Search & DSP, Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Uber Ads, DoorDash Ads, and Loblaws(Media Aisle).
  • Own end-to-end ops: Creatives/Specs, QA, Tagging, flighting, budget allocations, pacing, bid/audience/keyword refinements, brand safety, and compliance.

Strategy & Planning

  • Translate client briefs into channel strategies, audience frameworks, targeting, creative asks, and testing roadmaps (A/Bs, lift tests, geo tests).
  • Work with other teams on products availability/retail readiness (catalog hygiene, PDP content, reviews, pricing, promos, inventory/OOS suppression).

Reporting & Insights

  • Pull and harmonize data from Amazon Search/DSP/AMC, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, platform UIs, and produce weekly/monthly and QBR insights.

Client-Facing Ownership

  • Able to present monthly and quarterly QBRs with a crisp story, what happened, why, what we’re doing next and tie performance to business outcomes.
  • Set expectations, manage approvals/timelines, and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and trade-offs with senior stakeholders.

Partner & Cross-Functional Management

  • Manage relationships with Amazon, Walmart, Instacart, Criteo, LCL, Uber, DoorDash, and key tech partners.

Leadership & Process

  • Lead and mentor Coordinators/Specialists, set clear goals, QA standards, and development plans.
  • Maintain best practices within the team e.g. playbooks, checklists, pacing/SOV monitors, naming conventions, change sheet logs

Qualifications

  • 4+ years in retail media/performance marketing with deep, must have hands‑on experience in Amazon Search & DSP.
  • Working knowledge of Walmart Connect, Instacart Ads, Criteo, Uber Ads, DoorDash Ads, and Loblaws/Media Aisle.
  • Proven ownership of client QBRs, media plans, and forecasting.
  • A strong desire to learn and improve own skill set through directing learning
  • Organization to work on multiple tasks/clients simultaneously
  • Ability to find solutions to unique tasks and operate independently on daily tasks
  • Comfort and strength in data aggregation, manipulation and analysis
  • Strong Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
