Food & Beverage Analyst

As a Food & Beverage Analyst you will play a key role in driving data-informed decisions across our F&B operations. Your primary focus will be to analyze financial and operational performance provide insights on revenue cost management and sales mix and support the Executive F&B Team and Restaurant Managers with actionable recommendations. You will also assist with forecasting budgeting and menu engineering ensuring our venues remain profitable relevant and innovative.

Starting at $55000 - $60000 gross annually based on previous experience & education

Job Duties Include :

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Collect analyze and interpret F&B financial and operational data including revenue expenses and cost of sales.
• Prepare daily weekly and monthly performance reports for restaurants bars banquets and in-room dining.
• Conduct daily audits such as Moneris compliance and beverage order value vs. revenue by outlet.
• Support month-end reporting (Inventory and Inventory reconciliation) accruals and variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Provide insights into sales mix menu performance and pricing strategies to optimize profitability.
