Salary : $20- $25 per hour
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Talent and Culture Administrator to support HR operations, employee engagement, and office administration. This is an exciting role for someone who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

This is a Monday-Thursday Shift and the working hours are 9 : 00am-1 : 00pm.
What You'll Do :
Employee Engagement & Communications
- Coordinate and run the Social Committee
- Maintain company-wide communications and announcements
- Support employee events, recognition programs, and engagement activities
- Assist the HR team with HR metrics and reporting
Recruitment, Onboarding & Orientation
Screen resumes and applications, assist with shortlisting, and coordinate interviewsConduct reference checks as requiredSupport onboarding and orientation for new hiresAssist hiring managers with recruitment-related administrative tasksGeneral and Benefits Administration
Support payroll processes with filing, scanning, and documentationAssist Finance projects related to AP / AR.Administer union employee files and documentationHandle employee requests and support HR strategy initiativesProvide administrative support to the TAC teamSupport employee benefits inquiries and enrollmentMaintain accurate benefits records and documentationOffice Services
Monitor shared office inboxesManage office furniture, supplies, and equipmentOversee coffee machines, vending machines, and related vendorsCoordinate janitorial services and building maintenanceWhat Makes You a Great Fit :
12 years of HR or office administration experience is requiredBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources is required.Valid drivers license and ability to drive is required.Proficiency in MS Office is required.Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Positive attitude with a commitment to supporting employees and promoting our core values : Develop, Care, AchieveExperience with BambooHRand HRIS systemsis an asset.
