Here’s what you’ll deliver:

• Generating leads, prospecting and booking appointments for potential customers.

• Understanding customers’ needs and consistently meet or exceed their expectations.

• Selling and leasing vehicles in adherence to OMVIC rules and regulations.

• Providing exceptional service to visiting customers.

• Building long-lasting relationships and repeat customers.

• Answering customer service phone calls relating to sales inquiries.

• Ensuring vehicle quotes are competitive and reasonable.

• Keeping customers updated as to the progress of their vehicle’s delivery and pick-up.

• Learning and maintaining product knowledge on manufacturer-specific vehicles and rebate, finance and incentive programs.

• Other duties as assigned by management

You champion success with these accomplishments:

• High School Diploma or GED is required.

• Automotive sales experience preferred.

• OMVIC Certification is required within the first 2 weeks of hiring.

• Dealer CRM system experience is an asset.

• Must have valid Class ‘G’ Ontario driver's license and clean driver’s abstract.

• Strong computer skills.

• Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

• Strong time management and organizational skills.

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service.

• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

• Ability and willingness to be flexible under changing conditions.

• Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.

• Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.

• Well-spoken, friendly and articulate.

• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

• Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.

Job Type: Full Time - Permanent

Compensation (expected annual earnings): $50,000 - $100,000 per year. This is a commission based role. The range reflects historical earnings at this dealership; actual earnings vary based on individual performance and business volumes.
