SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Member of the Quebec Bar;
• Experience in business, transactional and financing law;
• Good command of oral and written French and English;
• Autonomous, rigorous and able to manage priorities;
• Good communication skills;
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several files at once.
