Responsibilities :
- Identify and target potential commercial clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth in the commercial sector.
- Manage and follow up on residential leads provided by the company, ensuring a high conversion rate.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their window treatment requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and quotations to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the installation and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors’ activities.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a Sales Account Executive or similar role, preferably in the window treatment or related industry.
- Strong business development skills with a focus on commercial clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
