EDI Developer
What you will be doing :
Provide support within the Information Technology area as key point of contact for all EDI related issues of end users
Supports the maintenance of all E-Commerce operations under the direction of the Manager of E-Commerce
The E-Commerce Analyst works with other departments in order to recommend, develop, implement, and support cost-effective technology solutions for all aspects of the organization in alignment with the overall business objectives of the organization
Provides development support in E-Commerce operations covering complex EDI map development, development of SI business processes, review of all inbound and out-bound activities
Responsible for daily technical monitoring and troubleshooting of in-bound and out-bound transactions in SI
Responsible for working with new E-Commerce customers or vendors throughout all phases of set-up
Provides after-hours support as required in any issue involving Sterling Commerce SI and any other E-Commerce related customer issues
Responsible to assist Manager of E-Commerce in identification of software issues affecting operations and associated improvements released for these issues
Develop Business Processes in IBM Sterling B2B Integrator using XML and GPM
Onboard EDI Trading Partners corresponded and coordinated testing
Develop and Updated IBM Sterling B2B Integrator Maps
Process Inbound and Outbound data between IBM Sterling B2B Integrator and Oracle JDE
Create envelopes, FSA adapters, AS2 connections and Code List entries
Run Oracle JDE conversion table jobs for data import and extraction
Update IBM B2Bi Business Processes to generate EDI Error Emails and Carbon Copy EDI transactions
Work with 204,214,990,210,940,945,943,944,947,846,856,894, etc...
What skills you should have :
A Bachelor's or Associates degree (preferably in Information Technology or Business Administration) or equivalent experience
Minimum 5+ years' experience in IBM Sterling integrator, able to develop and update MAPS
Ability to create / modify complex maps in ANSI X12 and UCS and EDI
Ability to create BPML business processes using BP editor or Graphical Process Modeler
Possess the ability to explain technical information in understandable language to non-tech personnel
