Overview of your role
As a new Service Technician, you will represent the Group by providing quality customer service during the servicing and maintenance of our equipment. You will benefit from continuous support to develop technical skills through field experience and other internal resources.
Your Tasks will be :
- Ensure the maintenance and reliability of our customers' Chicago Pneumatic products, as well as other brands of compressors, be their advisor on general operation and maintenance of their equipment.
- Set up new equipment and effectively diagnose customers' electrical and mechanical failures.
- Support our local customer base and support the use of time.
- Proudly represent the Group's image.
- Complete timesheets and work orders properly, all on an electronic tablet.
Skills sought :
Certification in one of the following areas; Electromechanics or Industrial MechanicsOral and Written FrenchBasic knowledge of English.Valid driver's license.Good customer service and communication skills.Interested in working on the road, frequent travel.Ease of adapting to occasional on-call schedules that may require evenings, weekends and holidays (in case of emergency call).Experience in maintaining compressed air equipment (asset)Experience as a Refrigeration Engineer (important asset)What we offer :
