Our client, a leader in a fast-growing field, is looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join their currently growing company.

This medium-sized, entrepreneurial and growing public company is in the early stages of expanding its activities outside of Quebec, which will require the addition of a growing team.

• Hold a recognized accounting designation (CPA)
• At least 5 years of experience as a senior executive or CFO in a public company
• Good knowledge of IFRS standards
• Experience working in a regulatory, compliance and disclosure environment for public companies
