Customer Service Representative

The Wood Automotive Group, one of Alberta's largest automobile retailers for over 40 years, is offering an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at Advantage Ford!

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 6:30am - 12:30pm and every Saturday 7:00am - 4:00pm

About the Role:

• The CSR ensures all service customers receive a warm reception and responds to all service phone calls in a prompt and professional manner. Confidence in completing outgoing phone calls is necessary. Strong telephone etiquette, computer, and customer service skills are also required. Candidates must be reliable team players who are committed to providing outstanding customer service. Previous dealership experience is considered an asset.
