Operations Coordinator - Security Services

We are hiring for a full-time Operations Coordinator you will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the next step in your scheduling and operations career!

What you would do :

• Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutions.
• Managing all pay rates and overtime for each employee to ensure employment standards are being followed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person)
• Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures.

• Provide support to recruitment activities; ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process.
• Work closely with site supervisors / managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site.
• Other tasks / assignments as required by the supervisor.
