We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to work for a National transportation company. In this role you will be responsible for daily communication with the drivers, customers and internal departments. You will also be responsible for data entry into their internal system and extracting various reports to ensure accurate invoicing. The ideal candidate will be a team player, have the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively and possess strong communication skills.

Salary : Hourly wage of $18

Schedule : Monday - Friday; 1 : 00pm - 9 : 30pm

Contract : Ongoing contract with possibility of permanency

Location : Parking onsite, 5 days / week at the office, Newfoundland - Corner Brook

Start date : As soon as possible
