Key Responsibilities for the Job :
Day-to-day full cycle bookkeeping Account & Bank Reconciliations Preparing financial costing reports Year-end support in collaboration with the Accounting Manager Payroll and benefits transactions and administration Preparation of T4 and other income slips Audit support Monthly ad hoc reporting
Experience & Attributes for Success :
Post secondary education in business, accounting, or bookkeeping 3 – 5 years of experience in a multi-faceted bookkeeping role(s) Prior experience working within a small business is a definite asset Experience with Sage300 software is considered an asset Efficiency, willingness to learn and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill A positive attitude with effective communication skills
