We currently have (25) vacancies for Debt Counsellors (NOC 63102).

If you're experienced in 3rd party collections, you can benefit right away from our lucrative performance incentives, which happen to be the best in the business with major clients. Experienced collectors can expect to negotiate a base salary based on their experience, and in 2024, TCR’s average incentive payments to their senior agents was over $20,000.00/year.

If you're new to collections, you can expect to learn minimum wage, plus an average of $2-3/hr in incentives and bonuses!

If you're bilingual in French, this will also be considered an asset and add a shift premium!
