Project Overview

The client is executing an SAP S / 4HANA technical upgrade from version to version . The ABAP Developer (Dual Maintenance) will support the project by maintaining and remediating custom ABAP developments across dual SAP landscapes during the upgrade period, ensuring consistency, stability, and compliance with S / 4HANA standards.

Project Scope

SAP S / 4HANA Technical Upgrade ( → )
Dual maintenance across current and target systems
Remediation and optimization of custom ABAP objects

Start Date - Feb 2,

End Date - July 27,

Work Mode - % Remote

Must haves :

6+ years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience

Proven experience supporting SAP S / 4HANA upgrades or technical conversions

Strong expertise in :

Classic ABAP & ABAP Objects (OO)

Enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits)

IDocs, RFCs, ALV, SmartForms / Adobe Forms

Experience with :

SPAU / SPDD adjustments

Custom code remediation for S / 4HANA compatibility

Transport management across multiple environments

Solid understanding of dual maintenance best practices during upgrades

Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills
