Join our team as a Personal Support Worker!

As a Personal Support Worker, you are an integral part of the health care team. In this role, you will encourage, support, and promote independence for our residents by assisting with activities of daily living under the supervision of our registered staff.

The following traits and qualifications are required :

• Possession of a PSW Certificate Program with a minimum of 600 hours or a grandfathered PSW / HCA that meets the requirements in subsection (3). O. Reg 79 / 10, s. 47 (1) of the LTCH Act, 2007.
• Enrollment in an RN or RPN program in Ontario is also considered.
• Experience in a Long Term Care (Gerontology) setting is an asset.
• Demonstrates an active interest in ongoing education.
• Displays a caring and respectful attitude toward residents, families, and team members.
• Understands the demands and rewards of the role.
