Job Description
The BRDGE is seeking a dynamic and organized Event Coordinator to oversee and ensure the smooth execution of all our events. This role involves managing catering leads, organizing vendor presence, and ensuring all events run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish
- Manage relationships with vendors and ensure their presence at events
- Oversee event logistics, including setup, operations, and breakdown
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote events
- Handle event budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
