The mission of the Engineering Enablement Department our platform organization is to provide the composable building blocks unified foundations and operational guardrails that empower teams to assemble world-class engineering data and AI solutions at scale.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Engineering Enablement team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the operational engine of our Platform organization the team responsible for building the technical foundation that powers Aritzia. Unlike Technical Program Manager (TPM) roles focused on line-of-business features as a Platform TPM you will manage the delivery of capabilities the cloud infrastructure developer tools and data platforms that our engineering teams rely on every day. You will be a force multiplier professionalizing the How of engineering to ensure our builders can move faster safer and with greater autonomy. As a Senior Technical Program Manager / Technical Program Manager you will own the When orchestrating the master schedule complex dependencies and the logistics of our hybrid workforce. You will bridge the gap between strategy and execution ensuring that our foundational initiatives land on time and deliver exponential value to our Solution Delivery teams. THE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $120000$170000 per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge skills and experience. Additionally this position may be eligible for bonus.
