Due to the continued success and growth of our Toronto office we are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction & Engineering team. In this role you will be working with leading general contractors, consultancies and engineering firms across Canada.

This is an extremely diverse role and requires a recruitment professional who can work within a fast-paced environment while ensuring exceptional candidate care is always maintained. You will be working within a high performing team focused on talent acquisition, recruitment consulting and supporting construction and engineering workforces.

Responsibilities

• Source, network with and connect with healthcare professionals
• Consult with candidates and advise on recruitment processes and the construction & engineering sectors
• Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques
• Develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs
• Screening CVs and identifying a perfect match for specific roles.
• Business development
