Front Desk Supervisor

Canada’s Best Value Inn, located at 9705 Alaska Road, Fort St. John, BC V1J 1A4, is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor. This is a year-round, full–time position. We are committed to providing 24-hour service as part of our commitment to making our guests’ visits as pleasant and comfortable as possible.

The right candidates will provide the following services :

• Create work schedules for front desk clerks.
• Provide training and orientation for new hires.
• Assist guests with special needs or requests.
• Ensure that guests are checked in and out promptly.
• Address and resolve concerns brought up by guests regarding check-ins, service calls, billing, etc.
• Maintain an updated inventory of reservations, vacancies, and room assignments.
• Perform any additional duties related to the front desk clerk position.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills. Previous supervisory experience, customer service experience, and knowledge of front desk operations are required. We are seeking a high school graduate with a passion for customer service, computer skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

We are offering $25.00 / hr, 35 hours / week
