Quality Control Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Coordinator to oversee our quality assurance and quality control processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a strong understanding of quality management systems, data collection, and inspection techniques to maintain product integrity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Analyze data collected from inspections and tests to identify trends and areas of concern.
• Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions that enhance product quality.
• Utilize calipers and other measurement tools to perform precise quality inspections.
• Ensure all QA / QC documentation is maintained accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

Red Seal Carpenter

Experience with all trades including plumbing and electrical.

Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) principles, practices, and methodologies.

Proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) processes, including data collection and analysis techniques.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.

Strong communication skills to convey quality standards and expectations clearly to team members.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities.

Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across all products.
